The Prez Sez...

We are in the process of reprinting the INPRO roster. The first 1,500 will cost about 71 cents each. Additional rosters will cost about 12 cents each. There are about 5,000 businesses in Spokane and Kootenai Counties with gross revenues over $1,000,000. I am proposing that we mail each one of those businesses an INPRO roster. We should be able to do this for less than $3,500. If we mail them in September hopefully we can generate some business for the holiday season.

I would also like to discuss increasing the size of our booth at the upcoming Bridal Fairs. We will discuss these proposals at the July meeting and vote on them at the August meeting. If you have any ideas as to how we can promote INPRO please be prepared to discuss them at the next meeting or give me a call.

Christmas Tree Elegance

This year, 2008, INPRO is sponsoring a tree at Christmas Tree Elegance, the premier fundraising event for the Spokane Symphony. We look forward to promoting our great organization to approximately 4,000 people who will view these trees at the Davenport Hotel, and with over 40,000 seeing or hearing INPRO's name throughout the event! Our goal is to brand INPRO as the first and the best place to turn for any event you or your company plans to hold.

While the INPRO membership has voted for our organization to be the main sponsor of the tree, we still require a great deal of participation from our individual members. Our tree needs to shine! It needs eye catching gifts and goodies, and tot his end the Christmas Tree Elegance INPRO Committee has created two levels at which the membership can support our tree.

The Sponsorship Level is a $100 contribution, and guarantees your company's name will be listed on the board of sponsors that is posted with the tree. It will also be listed in the Christmas Tree Elegance brochure.

The Donor level is $25.00, and while there's no guarantee that your company name will be listed on the sponsor board, we are relying on contributions at this level to help us purchase the many necessities required to make our tree stand out.

My name is Terri Carstens and I own and operate Coulee Creek Florals from our family farm near Reardan, Washington. My husband, Kurt, is the fifth generation of Carstens' to actively farm the family land. We have four children, with our oldest son leaving for college very soon (GO COUGS!!), another boy and two girls.
